Where We Operate

Our Coverage Area

I-70 mountain corridor, US-6, and C-470 — the full Front Range and Summit County network.

From the urban beltway to the Continental Divide, we cover three of Colorado's most critical corridors. I-70 climbs from Golden through the Rockies to Copper Mountain. US-6 runs east from Golden through Lakewood to I-25. C-470 connects the southwest metro from I-70 down to I-25 in Douglas County. Wherever you're stranded on this network, we can reach you.

I-70 Mountain Corridor

We cover I-70 from Golden at the base of the foothills west to Copper Mountain at the Hwy 91 junction — roughly 65 miles of mountain highway that includes every major pass, resort exit, and rest area in between.

US-6 Corridor — Golden to I-25

We also cover US-6 from the I-70 interchange in Golden east through Lakewood, Edgewater, and into Denver, ending at the I-25 junction. This urban stretch sees heavy commuter and ski-season traffic and is a common breakdown zone heading to and from the mountains.

C-470 is the southwest metro beltway, running from I-70 in Wheat Ridge south through Lakewood, Littleton, and Lone Tree to I-25 in Douglas County. It's a major ski-traffic artery on winter weekends and a frequent breakdown zone during peak hours and storms.

Mountain Conditions We Handle

Mountain driving creates specific hazards. We're built for all of them.

Black Ice & Verglas

Forms overnight on shaded sections — particularly in the Georgetown canyon and on the Eisenhower Tunnel approach. We carry sand and know the hot spots.

Heavy Snow & Drifting

Summit County and the Eisenhower Tunnel approach can see 2–3 feet overnight. We operate through CDOT closures where permitted.

Traction Laws

Colorado requires chains or AWD/4WD with snow tires on I-70 above 9,000 ft during traction law periods. We carry and fit chains on-site.

High-Altitude Breakdowns

Altitude affects fuel systems, batteries, and tires differently. We're equipped for the specific failure modes common above 9,000 ft.

Wherever you are on I-70, US-6, or C-470, we can reach you.
